Client Results

Our Work.

Campaigns, websites, and systems built around outcomes we could measure. In every one, the win came from fixing what sat around the ads rather than spending more on them. The figures below are read straight off the accounts.

Some of these have a full write up with the audit, every change and a before and after table. Read the case studies.

Fingertip

Paid AdsProfessional servicesGoogle Ads, YouTube, Conversion tracking, Offer testing, Signup flow

The Problem

Paid acquisition was costing a lot and delivering very little. Around 400 trial and paid conversions a month off roughly $900 of spend, at $2.26 each, and only three visitors in every ten thousand ever became a paying Pro customer. Underneath it, nothing downstream of the click was being measured: subscriptions completed inside a third party CRM that Google never heard back from, so the platform was optimizing against a signal that stopped at the website.

What We Did

We built the tracking first, mapped to the funnel rather than to a single event, so every successful subscription recorded in the CRM was sent back to Google as a signal. Bidding then moved off clicks and onto target cost per acquisition and target return, which only works once the platform can see what a customer is.

Then the parts nobody had touched. Targeting moved from broad to high intent search and lookalikes of existing Pro customers. Creative moved from feature lists to the problem the product solves. The landing page was rebuilt for speed and clarity, and the signup flow went from nine steps to three.

The biggest single win was the offer. We tested a fourteen day free trial against a seven day full Pro trial against three months for a dollar. The dollar offer won outright: it removed the hesitation, it proved commitment early, and it turned free users into paying customers on day one while still feeling low risk. Linktree acquired Fingertip.com in November 2025.

Fingertip

SEOProfessional servicesTechnical SEO, On page optimization, Content

The Problem

The site was being found, but for a narrow set of searches and not often enough to matter. Just over 900 clicks in three months against 35.8 thousand impressions is a site that shows up and then does not get chosen.

What We Did

We fixed what was stopping the site being crawled and understood, then rewrote the pages and the titles around what people were actually searching for rather than what the business calls itself. The brand reached number one in Australia in organic search and the top five globally. Linktree acquired Fingertip.com in November 2025.

Solstice Studio

SEOCreative studioTechnical SEO, On page optimization, Local search

The Problem

The site was effectively invisible outside its own name. Three hundred and one impressions in six months means Google was putting it in front of almost nobody, and the handful of clicks it did get were people already looking for the studio by name.

What We Did

We fixed the technical foundations, then built the pages out around what the studio actually does and where it does it, rather than around the brand name. The aim was to become eligible for searches from people who did not already know the name.

River Oaks Drip Spa

Paid AdsWellness & HealthcareGoogle Ads, Account restructure, Conversion tracking

The Problem

We took the account over from another manager. The audit turned up the real problem straight away: conversion tracking had never been set up properly, so nobody could tell which searches were producing bookings. The account had been optimizing toward numbers that did not mean anything.

What We Did

We fixed the tracking first, so every booking and call was attributed to the search that caused it. Then we restructured the campaigns and rebuilt the keyword strategy around the terms that convert, and cut the ones that had been quietly absorbing budget.

Order Match Wizard

Websites & AppsEcommerce operations, PhilippinesProduct design, Web development, Systems

The Problem

Orders leaving Shopify carried phone numbers and addresses that did not match what J&T expects. A parcel would ship, fail delivery, and come back as a return to sender. The store pays freight both ways and loses the sale, and staff were checking every order by hand against the courier's address list.

What We Did

We built the checking layer that was missing. Every order's phone is normalised to Philippine format and its address is matched against J&T's own reference data, with an alias system for the landmark spellings people actually type. Anything doubtful goes to a review queue where staff approve or correct it, and only then is it written back to Shopify, with a full audit trail. Shopify stays the source of truth, and nothing changes without a person agreeing to it.

UA Worldwide

Websites & AppsEcommerce, apparelWeb Design & Development, Shopify, Custom Liquid

The Problem

The site had been hacked and was left broken. Patching what remained was never going to make it trustworthy again, and a storefront people do not trust is a storefront people do not buy from.

What We Did

We rebuilt it rather than repaired it, written in custom Liquid rather than assembled from a bought theme, and used the rebuild to improve the functions instead of reproducing what had been there before.

Modapelle Australia

Paid AdsEcommerce, fashionGoogle Ads, Performance strategy

The Problem

The account was buying conversions at a price the margins could not carry. Cost per conversion sat above $40, and spending more was not making the maths any better.

What We Did

We restructured the account, then audited the conversion tracking and fixed it, so the campaigns were optimizing toward numbers that meant something. Budget and targeting were rebuilt from there, and the products and the offer were audited before more spend went behind them. What came out of it is a blueprint for a campaign that holds up over the long term rather than one that needs constant intervention to stay level.

Lipo24

Paid AdsEcommerce, Health & WellnessGoogle Ads, Performance strategy

The Problem

Returns were steady but every conversion was costing close to €18, which put a ceiling on how far the account could be scaled.

What We Did

We rebuilt the campaign structure and the targeting, then audited the products and the offer before testing anything. Keywords were segregated, and the products were filtered and restructured so spend stopped going to the ones that were never going to sell. The products that had not worked in earlier campaigns were not simply dropped, they were tested again under a different strategy.

Wear Daily

Websites & AppsEcommerce, apparelWeb Design & Development, Shopify

The Problem

Plus sized shoppers usually get sent to a filtered corner of somebody else's catalogue. This needed to be a storefront where the fit is the whole point, and where the photography does the selling.

What We Did

Built from scratch around the product photography, with the size chart and the policies in the navigation rather than buried in a footer, because those are the two things a first time buyer checks before adding to cart.

Ethereal Pro Connections

Websites & AppsVirtual Assistant & Business SupportWeb Design & Development

The Problem

A services business is bought on trust long before it is bought on price. The site had to say what the team actually does and make the first conversation easy, without making anyone decode a pricing table.

What We Did

Built from scratch as a services site rather than a shop. The offer is stated in the first screen, the client logos sit directly under it, and the same next step repeats down the page so nobody has to hunt for it.

Merchandise is an impulse buy. If the shipping cost, the returns window, and the price promise are not answered in the first few seconds, the visitor leaves to go and check.

What We Did

Handmade soap sells on how it looks and what is in it. Photography had to lead, and the ingredients had to be one click away rather than buried in a long description.
