Terms.

This site is operated by Beyond Vision Digital of Marciano Quizon, Alang-Alang, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines 6014. These terms cover the website. By using it you accept them, and if you do not, please do not use it.

They do not cover work we do for clients. That is governed by the separate agreement we sign with each client, which sets out scope, fees, notice and everything else that matters. Where these terms and that agreement ever disagree, the agreement wins.

Every figure in the case studies is read off the client's own account or reporting, over the period each entry states. Where a comparison is not like for like, we say so on the entry itself rather than in a footnote. Where a number moved for a reason other than the work, such as a change in how conversions were being counted, the entry says that too.

They are what happened in those accounts. They are not a forecast, a projection, or a promise of what will happen in yours. No honest agency can make that promise, because the market, the offer and the starting point are different every time.

Everything here is written generally. None of it is advice about your specific account, site or business, and you should not act on it as though it were. If you want that, talk to us and we will look at what you actually have.

Client names, logos and reporting screenshots appear here to identify work we have done, with permission from the businesses concerned. They remain the property of those businesses. If you are a client and want yours removed, email us and it comes down.

Platform names such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Shopify and WordPress are the trademarks of their owners. They are used here to say which platforms we work in, and for no other purpose.

The writing, design, code and images we made for this site belong to us. Read it, quote it with a link back, and share it. Do not copy it wholesale onto another site and present it as your own.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. We read everything that comes in and reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.

We do sometimes say that a project is not a fit, whether that is the spend, the goal, the product, or how the work would run between us. We would rather say it at the enquiry stage than six months in.

We try to keep this site up, fast and correct, and we fix what we find. We do not guarantee it will always be available or always free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the site being unavailable, or from you acting on something written here without talking to us about your own situation first. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms, and anything arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of Mandaue City, Cebu have jurisdiction over any dispute.

This says which country’s law applies if we ever disagree about the website. It does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be signed away.

These terms were last updated in September 2026. If we change them, the date changes with them and the current version is always the one on this page.
