Beyond Vision Digital exists because one person could not take every account that came to him, and would not take them badly.
It started with more work than one person could take
Beyond Vision Digital began as one person. Eroll had spent years running paid media and search inside other agencies and for their clients, and the work kept arriving faster than a single week could hold.
Businesses came asking for help, and there is only so much of anyone to go around. The options were to turn most of them away, or to take everything and quietly do it badly. Neither of those is a business.
So we trained people rather than filled seats
Not a recruitment drive, and not a bench of account managers. People he already knew and already trusted, taught the way he actually works: audit before you spend, fix the tracking before you optimize anything, and never report a number you would not act on yourself.
The test was never whether someone could run a campaign. Plenty of people can run a campaign. It was whether they would treat a client account like their own business, which is harder to hire for and much harder to fake.
Which is why the agency is built the way it is
Every structural decision here comes out of solving that one problem honestly. One person owns your relationship, because handovers are where context goes to die. We audit before we spend, because most accounts are not short of activity, they are short of a reason for it. We turn down work that does not fit, because taking it would mean doing it badly.
And we report on what reaches your accounts rather than what makes a deck look busy. None of that is positioning. At our size it is the only way this works at all.
