Privacy.

We collect what you type into the contact form, and nothing else. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question. There are no advertising cookies on this site and we do not follow you around the internet.

If you want any of it deleted, email us and it is deleted. You do not have to fill in a form or quote a reference number.

This site is operated by Beyond Vision Digital, a digital agency running paid media, search and websites, based at Marciano Quizon, Alang-Alang, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines 6014.

The fastest way to reach us about anything on this page is hello@beyondvisiondigital.com, which goes to a person rather than a queue.

Your name and email address, because we cannot answer you without them. Then optionally your company, your website, a rough monthly advertising spend, and whatever you write in the message.

We ask for the spend because it tells us early whether we are a sensible fit. It saves you a call that was never going to go anywhere, and it saves us one too.

Nothing on the form is used for anything other than answering you and working out whether we should work together.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission came from a person rather than a script. To do that, Cloudflare receives your IP address and some technical information about your browser, and returns a pass or fail. We never see your IP address ourselves, and the check is not used to profile you or to track you between visits.

We use Turnstile rather than a puzzle because it does not make you identify traffic lights, and rather than an unprotected form because an unprotected form becomes unusable within days.

Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email sending service, so your message passes through their systems on the way to us. After that it sits in our email like any other message, read by the people who would work on your account.

We keep enquiries for as long as there is a reason to: an active conversation, a project we are quoting, or a client relationship. When there is no longer a reason, we delete them. If you would rather yours went sooner, say so and it will.

This site sets no advertising cookies and carries no analytics tag. There is nothing here building a profile of you.

Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short lived token while it verifies the form. That is a security measure, it expires, and it does not follow you to other sites.

If we ever add analytics, this page will say what it is and what it collects before it goes live, not afterwards.

The client reviews on this site are YouTube videos, embedded in privacy enhanced mode. Nothing is requested from YouTube and no cookie is set until you press play. The thumbnail you see before that is served from this site, not from Google.

Once you press play, or once you follow a link to a client site or to one of our profiles on another platform, that platform's own privacy terms apply rather than ours.

We are based in the Philippines, so the Data Privacy Act of 2012 applies to what we do with your information. Under it you can ask to be told what we hold about you, ask to see it, ask us to correct it, object to us holding it, and ask us to erase or block it. You can also ask for a copy in a form you can take elsewhere.

Email hello@beyondvisiondigital.com and we will deal with any of that rather than make you chase it. There is no form to fill in and no reference number to quote.

If we get it wrong and do not put it right, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission. Wherever you are in the world, if the law where you live gives you stronger rights than the ones above, those apply too, and asking us is still the fastest route.
